Espresso isn't for everyone, with it's strong, biting and semi-dizzying flavor, Espresso is a love it or hate it kind of beverage. Most people are afraid of it actually. Either afraid of getting a bit sweaty, or afraid to unleash their passionate side by boldly grasping the little cup with the seething, steaming, dark, oily, strong almost burnt aroma'd  little beverage ...raising it angularly to their pursed lips, with the elbow tightly extended to the side as if offering a regimental salute and without compromise "Sip" and return the little cup to it's proportionate little tiny saucer in as swift and mechanically traditional a manner as it had previously left.
